Company introduction:
The company is a world-class multinational automotive parts manufacturer that exports products to the USA and Europe. The main products are performance car thermal system: radiator/intercooler and relative parts.
Responsibilities :
Working in a multinational team, the successful candidate will use English (spoken and written) as part of their everyday work.
- Data maintenance and updates including input Pos/shipment/BOM information in systems , generate reports.
- Shipment arrangement: send booking request to shipment, organize shipment and update shipment information in systems
- Custom declaration and tax fund processing for packaging/components mainly
- Photography management
- Project sourcing assistance
- Supporting the purchasing manager/General manager with miscellaneous tasks
Essential requirements:
- University degree
- English level CET4/6 certification
- At least 1 year work experience in a relevant field
- Physically healthy
- Good communication skill Preferred
- Excellent skill in English written/oral expression
- Experience with trade/shipment background is preferred
Skills required:
In order to fulfill the job duties, the candidate must possess the following attributes:
- With experience in trade/shipment working experience
- Exceptional communication ability (spoken and written in English and Chinese)
- Independent ability to lead a project
- Excellent personal organization and time management skills
- High attention to detail, presentation and accuracy

Working conditions and benefits:
- 40 hours work a week, 5 days (Monday to Friday)
- Business trip for meetings is required on regular basis
- Competitive salary (2500-3800RMB per month depending on qualification and experience)
- 13 month pay (12 months’ salary plus one month for New Year bonus depends on individual performance)

工作内容:
- 数据管理和系统信息输入/更新
- 出货管理( 通知订舱,并更新出货信息)
- 一部分产品的报关和退税操作
- 零配件的采购和开发
- 协助采购经理/总经理解决问题
要求:
- 大学专科或者本科毕业
- 英语4级以上水平
- 一年的相关工作背景
- 身体健康
- 熟练使用Office 软件,尤其EXCEL/PPT
- 良好的沟通能力
- 英文报告和口语能力
- 注重个人能力与团队合作
- 专业的态度和工作习惯

待遇:
双休,每周工作40小时,需定期出差,工资3000-4000,依据个人工作能力,交五险一金
